All purchases of AERA Bottle come with free standard shipping within Australia.
All orders will receive a confirmation email and come with a tracking link after your order is shipped. We will fulfil your order as soon as we can but please allow 1-2 business days from placing your order. If your order has a personalised carry strap this may increase fulfilment time by 1 business day.
In the event your order is shipped to you and gets returned to us because you are not home to collect it, enter the incorrect address, or for any other reason you will be invoiced for re-shipping the order back to you at the full price of postage. Also note that the delay caused by such an event is not a valid reason for a refund and no refunds will be given.

Please note, if you are outside of Australia, shipping will be charged at a flat rate of $29.95. We are currently working on ways to reduce this expense.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order is out for shipment, approximate delivery times for standard shipping are as follows:
Australia: avg. 2-4 business days (after fulfilment)
Asia: avg. 5-7 business days (after fulfilment)
United States: avg. 5-8 business days (after fulfilment)
United Kingdom: avg. 6-10 business days (after fulfilment)
Rest of the world: avg. 6-20 business days (after fulfilment)
I need my order as fast as possible. Can I purchase express shipping?
Express shipping is available for Australian orders only and can be purchased for an additional cost of $11.95 AUD.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders come with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking number in an email once your order has been dispatched.
What if I want to purchase more than 4 bottles?

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide* and all orders are dispatched within 2 business days of placing your order.
Will I have to pay customs and duties?
Once you order reaches its destination outside of Australia, it may be subject to import duties and taxes, which is paid by the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
What if my item arrives damaged or is lost in transit?
We inspect every Aera Bottle before it is shipped out, therefore, we cannot accept any responsibility once it has left our warehouse. If your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged due to carrier carelessness, please contact the shipping carrier for further information on your order. We would also be happy to assist should there be any problems: email@example.com Please note, we are not responsible for stolen packages or any address and order errors made by the customer.
* Free shipping is not included for purchases of stand alone crystals and accessories when an Aera Bottle is not included in the sale.
Currently, we’re not shipping to Afghanistan, Columbia, Cuba, Guatemala, Iran, Mexico, North Korea, South Africa, Sudan, Syria and Yemen due to unreliable shipping carrier services.
